Standards
Trust depends on what every participant agrees to do.
Ujiajiri's role is to make capability, evidence and responsibility clearer. These standards apply to what Ujiajiri publishes and to the conduct expected from listed providers and future learners.
Provider standards
- Publish accurate identity and capability information.
- Use written scope, price, responsibilities and exclusions.
- Obtain permission for portfolio evidence and references.
- Disclose who will perform or subcontract the work.
- Keep client ownership and administrator access clear.
- Use least privilege and remove access after handover.
- Protect personal and confidential information.
- Disclose material commissions, sponsorships and commercial relationships.
- Handle corrections and complaints promptly.
- Avoid guaranteed ranking, lead, sales, security or compliance claims.
Learner standards
- Distinguish learning, assessment and verified competence.
- Use lab or sandbox access unless separately authorised.
- Protect credentials and personal information.
- Do not copy client content or assets without permission.
- Declare mistakes and request escalation.
- Obtain human approval before publishing or changing production systems.
- Never claim employment, certification or results without authority.
Ujiajiri standards
- Label exactly what has and has not been checked.
- Separate paid placement from factual verification.
- Correct, suspend or remove inaccurate profiles through a published process.
- Collect the minimum personal data required.
- Maintain complaints and removal routes.
- Disclose relationships with Onduu, HOSTAFRICA and listed providers.
- Never imply that Ujiajiri delivers work performed by independent providers.
- Never invent partners, badges, testimonials, results or approvals.
Standards only matter if they are applied.
Report inaccurate directory information or conduct concerns and Ujiajiri will review them through the published process.
